Fall Morning Light
After a few hours of coaxing and only three hours of sleep I woke up at 5 a.m. and drove north with a friend to witness the sunrise over the aspens. The cold air and wool hats, the gas station coffee and the photo lesson complemented the golden leaves perfectly – they all made me smile. Around this time of year, I start missing Maine’s maples, oaks and chestnuts. But yesterday morning revealed Jackson’s autumnal splendor. The hills were on fire. And we were back to our computers by 9 a.m.
YAY FALL!
